Cinquel Publishing House is an independent publishing services firm based in Ibafo, Ogun State, Nigeria. We help authors who publish independently turn a nonfiction manuscript into a finished book, from the first editorial assessment through to print and digital release.
We are not a traditional publishing house. Authors come to us for the craft and production work a book needs, and they keep the vision for their own work.
We position Cinquel as a global nonfiction partner. Manuscripts arrive with different subjects and different levels of polish, and each one is treated on its own terms.

Assessment
A diagnostic-only review that rates the manuscript’s editorial level and readiness, and recommends the right pathway.
Editing
Developmental, copy and line editing, as far as the manuscript needs. Scripture and facts are checked along the way.
Design and layout
Cover design, back-cover copy and interior formatting in Cinquel house style.
Final proofreading
A controlled last pass before publication. Every finding is logged with a status until it is resolved.
Release
ISBN registration, print production, EPUB conversion and Amazon KDP publishing.
How we check the work
Scripture accuracy
KJV is the default version, and any other version is marked in parentheses. Citations are standardised across the book and quotations are checked against the source text.
Fact-checking
Claims, figures, names and dates are checked, and problems are set out in a written editorial report.
Controlled proofreading
A separate SOP governs the final quality-control pass. Findings are tabled by page with a suggested correction and status.
House style
Garamond, justified text, a four-level heading hierarchy, and 5.5 × 8.5 in trim on many titles.

How much does it cost to publish with Cinquel?
It depends on the services your book needs. Editing is priced by word count, interior design by word count and images, cover design by the number of concepts, and printing by page count and quantity. Use the instant quote above. ISBN registration and digital publishing are quoted separately, and Cinquel confirms the final figure after your manuscript assessment.
What is a manuscript assessment?
A diagnostic-only review that rates your manuscript’s editorial level and readiness, then recommends the right pathway. It does not edit the text.
Do I have to buy every service?
No. We tell authors plainly which services their manuscript needs, and no more. A clean draft is told it needs light editing, not a full package.
How does printing work?
We print through our print-on-demand partner in runs of 50 to 499 copies, A5 trim, black and white interior, on white or cream paper. Hardcover or larger runs are quoted separately.
What kinds of books do you publish?
Nonfiction only, in every category: faith and theology, business and leadership, personal development, technology, politics and society, and manuals and coaching.
How does payment work?
After you submit your manuscript, you receive an official invoice with the full cost and payment instructions.
